The YELLOW HOUSE
Available for stays from 2 nights upwards and rates start at £800 for 2 nights and go up to £1300 for a full week, and apply all year round.
BOOKING and PAYING
All bookings can be taken via the office on 01476 550 227, via email at email@theeastonestate.co.uk, or via our Contact Page. Although you can't book the cottages on-line, you can make all payments via our secure on-line shop if you like. Alternatively, we can take them for you in the office.
OTHER INFO
The minimum stay in The Yellow House is 2 nights.
Normal arrival time is from 4pm, and departure should be by 10am.
We can be flexible on times, so please ask.
No booking fees and no hidden extras.
We ask for a first payment of the equivalent of the cost 2 nights per stay on booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Our prices include everything from tea towels to bath towels, and a welcome pack for when you arrive, plus some logs for the fire (there are Woodburners in the Cottage).
Children are welcome, but there are no stair gates, high chairs or cots at the property. There is also a small raised pond in the garden.
Dogs are very welcome, but preferably small and well-behaved. There is a charge of £35 per dog per stay.
