TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our full terms and conditions can be found here, but the main points are:

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

A first payment of the equivalent of the first 2 nights’ stay is payable per week booked to secure your booking. Any balance is due 6 weeks before your stay.

CANCELLATION BY THE GUESTS

You should let us know immediately in writing if you wish to cancel your booking.
In general, no refunds will be given on a short-notice cancellation of your booking but if you give us plenty of notice we usually either re-book your stay for a later date or refund you. Please see the full Terms and Conditions in any event.

AVAILABILITY OF THE YELLOW HOUSE

The Yellow House will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

PETS

Pets are accepted in all of our Holiday Lets, and there is an additional charge of £30 per pet per stay.
